Cancellation Policy

1. Bookings must be made online before the event. No walk-ins or cash payments accepted. 2. Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the start time. For members, a €10 no-show or late cancellation fee applies. Drop-in bookings are forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows. 3. No refunds are issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
