Our host Tommy, owner of INYO, has worked alongside Wim Hof, pro athletes, and more. Expert breathwork knowledge with a no-fluff approach. Join us for a welcome drink and introduction, followed by a breathwork session and a chance to talk about the experience at the end.
Cancellation Policy
1. Participation: By joining the challenge, you confirm you are physically able to participate. Please consult a healthcare professional if you have any health concerns before starting. 2. Liability: Participation is at your own risk. Elu Everyday is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or lost/stolen items during classes or related activities. 3. Refunds: Refunds are only considered if Elu cancel sessions due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. No refunds for participant cancellations. 4. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to respect hosts and fellow participants. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the event without refund. 6. Filming & Photography: Classes may be recorded or photographed for marketing and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please notify your coach before the session starts. 7. Schedule & Changes: Session times are set may vary for unforeseen circumstances, especially for outside or offsite activities. Elu will notify participants in advance of any changes.
