Cancellation Policy

1. Booking: All participants must book online via the Elu Everyday website. Cash payments and walk-ins are not accepted. 2. Minimum Sign-Ups: A minimum of 3 people is required for a class to go ahead. If canceled, clients will be notified by email 60 minutes before the class start time. 3. Class Schedule Changes: Class schedules may change due to coach availability or class updates. A notification will be sent, but it is the member’s responsibility to check the schedule online. 4. Cancellations + No-Shows: Cancellations must be made at least 60 minutes in advance. No-shows: • Pack/Drop-in holders lose a session. • Monthly members are charged a €7 fee per missed class. 5. Refunds: Refunds are only considered if Elu cancels multiple sessions (e.g. damage, emergencies). Partial refunds for unused classes may be offered at Elu’s discretion. 6. Liability: Elu Everyday is not responsible for injuries, damages, or lost/stolen items during classes. Participation is at your own risk. 7. Filming: Classes may be filmed for marketing. If you do not wish to appear in footage, please inform your coach before class.
