Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Method: - All participants are encouraged to book online through the official Elu Everyday website. 2. Minimum Sign Up Requirement: - There is a minimum sign-up requirement of 3 people for the run club to happen. - Clients will be informed about a cancellation 30 minutes before the class start time. They will be notified by email to the email address they used to sign up on the Elu website. 4. Liability: - Elu Everyday is not responsible for any injury, damages, or lost/stolen items that occur during our sessions. This is the responsibility of the customer. 5. Filming Policy - Sessions may be filmed for advertising purposes on social media. If a client opposes this, it is their responsibility to inform the coach leading the class.
