Cancellation Policy

1. Doors close at the class start time, and late arrivals may not be permitted. Please arrive a few minutes early. 2. Cancellations + No-Shows (pm classes) Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours in advance for pm classes, 12 hour in advance for am classes, or a no-show fee will incur. No-shows: • Pack/Drop-in holders lose a session. • Monthly members are charged a €7 fee per missed class. 3. Minimum Sign-Ups: A minimum of 3 people is required for a class to go ahead. If canceled, clients will be notified by email 60 minutes before the class start time. 4. Class Schedule Changes: Class schedules may change due to coach availability or class updates. A notification will be sent, but it is the member’s responsibility to check the schedule online. 5. Refunds: Membership refunds are only considered if Elu cancels multiple sessions (e.g., damage, emergencies). No refunds for unused classes on behalf of the customer. 6. Liability: Elu Everyday is not responsible for injuries, damages, or lost/stolen items during classes. Participation is at your own risk. 7. Filming: Classes may be filmed for marketing. If you do not wish to appear in footage, please inform your coach before class.
