Ready to start the year strong, confident, and energized? Our 4-week, in-person challenge is designed to help you build a sustainable routine that you can actually continue long after January is over. You’ll train 4 times per week: • Monday: Outdoor Conditioning • Tuesday: Strength • Thursday: Recovery (Mobility or Yoga) • Friday: Strength You’ll work closely with an expert coach who will guide you every step of the way, giving you personalized advice and support to get the best results. 🚨EARLY BIRD PRICE €185 until Dec 25. €210 after Christmas!!🚨 Join us and make the first month of 2026 your strongest yet. 💪🏼

Cancellation Policy
1. Participation: By joining this program, you confirm you are physically able to participate. Please consult a healthcare professional if you have any health concerns before starting. 2. Liability: Participation is at your own risk. Elu Everyday is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or lost/stolen items during classes or related activities. 3. Refunds: Refunds are only considered if Elu cancels multiple sessions due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Partial refunds for unused classes may be offered at Elu’s discretion. No refunds for participant cancellations. 4. Attendance & Commitment: To get the best results, we recommend attending as many sessions as possible. 5. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to respect coaches and fellow participants. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the challenge without refund. 6. Filming & Photography: Classes may be recorded or photographed for marketing and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please notify your coach before the session starts. 7. Schedule & Changes: Session times and locations are set may vary for unforeseen circumstances, especially for outside or offsite activities. Elu will notify participants in advance of any changes.
